Can you move a client on their closing day?
Yes, and we do it often. Closing-day moves are tight, so we confirm the schedule with your client in advance and build in a realistic window. If funding or key handoff slips, we stay in touch and adjust rather than leaving anyone stranded on the curb.
Do you coordinate with home stagers?
We do. For listings across Palo Alto, Menlo Park, and Atherton we move furniture out for staging, bring in or reposition pieces to the stager's plan, and remove staging inventory after the sale. Give us the stager's contact and timeline and we work directly with them.
Can you store a seller's belongings between homes?
Yes. When there is a gap between the sale and the next home, our storage holds furniture and boxes for days or months, then we deliver everything when your client is ready. It also keeps a home clutter-free while it is on the market.
Do you help sellers declutter before listing?
We do pre-listing declutter and haul-away: move excess furniture into storage, clear the garage, and remove junk so the home photographs and shows at its best. A lighter, cleaner home tends to move faster on the Peninsula market.
Are you licensed and insured for my clients' homes?
Yes. Joshua's Moving is state licensed (CAL-T / PUC# 0191363) and fully insured. If your client or their building needs a certificate of insurance, we provide it before move day.
