Can you handle same-week or short-notice turnovers?
Yes. Turnovers rarely give much lead time, so we hold capacity for last-minute jobs. Call us when a unit vacates and we will schedule the move-out, junk removal, or cleanout quickly to keep your unit from sitting empty.
Do you remove junk and debris left between tenants?
We do. Along with moves, we haul away furniture, mattresses, appliances, and general debris that tenants leave behind, and we clear common areas and storage rooms. One crew handles the move and the cleanout in the same visit.
Can you provide a certificate of insurance for our property?
Yes. Property managers and building owners are exactly who our COIs are for. We are state licensed (CAL-T / PUC# 0191363) and fully insured, and we provide certificates of insurance, including additional-insured and building-specific certificates, before we work on site.
Do you store items we need to hold?
Yes. When a tenant's belongings must be held, or when you need to stage furniture between units, our storage keeps items secure for short or long terms, and we redeliver when you need them.
Do you help tenants with move-in and move-out?
We do both. We support incoming residents with their move-in and assist outgoing tenants with move-out, which keeps the process orderly and reduces damage to hallways, elevators, and shared spaces.
